Compassionate Staff

Illness or recovery from an injury calls for compassion from others. A team that actively displays a true concern for each guest’s wellbeing can quicken the process and lighten the heart. Skills can be taught, but the core of any rehabilitation program is the attitude of the people delivering the service. We seek team members who are both skilled and compassionate, because when both are present great things can be accomplished, and that’s what Welbrook is all about: accomplishing great things with our guests. On-going customer service training and coaching for our team members is a hallmark of our environment, and our goal is 100% satisfaction from every guest who comes to us for care.
